Our onsite testing service includes:

We’ll leave a detailed pool service report on-site, showing the water test results and any recommendations we have for keeping your pool in top condition. You can choose to use your own chemicals, or we can provide high-quality products to get the job done.

Shop Water Testing Guidelines

If you prefer to bring a water sample to our shop for testing, please make sure to:

• Use a clean container (not metal) to collect the sample.
• Take the sample from at least 400mm below the water surface to ensure an accurate representation of your pool's water quality.

  • On a first visit we would use up whatever chemicals you have on site, thereafter we use our chemicals and then leave the remainder of the container onsite for our next visit.

  • Please bring a sample of your pool water in a clean, non-metal container, taken from at least elbow depth below the surface for an accurate result.
• Is the shop water testing really free?
  • Yes, bringing a water sample to our shop for testing is completely free of charge if you get your chemicals from us.
• Why is maintaining the correct pH level important?

• What happens if my pool water becomes green?
